As a Caregiver, you’ll help clients remain safe, supported, and independent in the comfort of their own homes. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we’d love for you to join our team.
Compensation: competitive pay
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, walking, or transferring safely.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Prepare simple, healthy meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, tidying up).
- Offer companionship through conversation, games, and activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ condition to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior caregiving or home care experience helpful, but not required (we provide training).
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Good communication skills and a caring attitude.
- Ability to safely assist with lifting and mobility.
Requirements
- Valid ID and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).
Preferred but not required: can speak Spanish, Ukrainian, or Russian.
